FAQ
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in with Google, or with Apple on iPhone. Your vault belongs to that identity: that is what lets you find it again on a new phone, and what stops anyone else from opening it.
Who reads my documents?
To read, classify and search your documents, their content is analyzed by Mistral AI, in the European Union, and is not used to train its models. Your files are stored in the EU, in a private space only your account can access. Details in the privacy policy.
How do I share a document?
Open it, tap Share and pick a duration: you get a link and a 4-digit code. The recipient opens the link in a browser and enters the code, no account needed.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Details in the privacy policy.
How do I manage my Premium subscription?
From the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings.
